Driving Directions:        
Via Highway I-90
From I-5 take Highway I-90 East. Take Exit 80 to Roslyn, Salmon La Sac.On the ramp turn left at the Stop sign and follow the road for 2.8 miles to T-junction. Turn left onto Highway 903 North.
Continue on through Roslyn to Y-junction in 16.7 miles and turn right onto Fish Lake Road 4330. In about 1.5 mile the road passes a right turn to Davis Peak Trail 1324. Continue straight on 4330 for 7.6 miles to Scatter Creek. There is no bridge here and, when the water is high, crossing could present a challenge to the cars with low clearance. Pass the creek there is North Scatter Creek Trail 1328 trailhead, toilet is available here. In 2 miles the road passes Paddy Go Easy Pass Trail 1595.1, in another mile there is Cathedral Pass Trail 1345 trailhead, and 0.1 mile the road reaches Deception Pass Trail trailhead. Follow Deception Pass Trail 1376 for 5.1 miles to the junction with Clarice Lake Trail 1066.
Via Highway 2
From Seattle Take I-5 North to Highway 2 East. Follow the highway fro 8 miles to Deception Creek Road 6088. Turn south off the highway and drive 1 mile to the Deception Creek Trail 1059 trailhead. Follow Deception Creek Trail 1059 for 10 miles to the junction with PCT 2000. At the junction turn righ and follow PCT south-west to the junction with Clarice Lake Trail.

Follow Deception Pass Trail 1376 for 5.1 miles to the junction with Clarice Lake Trail 1066.

Continue on Clarice Lake Trail 1066 for 3.8 miles to the junction with Marmot Lake Trail 1066.1

Take the left fork at the junction. The trail makes several switchbacks and in 0.2 mile crosses Marmot Creek. In 0.2 mile the trail brings you to Marmot Lake. This is a very beautiful place. Clear waters of the lake are of jade color surrounded by the steep rocky shores grown with trees . On the east side of the lake there is a nice rocky beach and several campsites near it. Toilet is available.

A non-maintained trail leads from here to No Name Lake and Jade Lake.
