This is a part of the old PCT route that went from the Snoqualmie Pass near Snow Lake to Middle Fork Snoqualmie River and was used for stock. At times the trail is brushy and has blow-downs. The trail steeply climbs through the woods for about 4 miles reaches to a T junction near the Snow Lake . The right fork leads to High Lakes Trail #1012, and the left fork is Snow Lake Trail #1013.
