There is no sign at the trailhead indicating Snoqualmie Mt. Trail. Hiking this rough and steep trail is more for experienced hikers, but really worth the effort. The trail goes through the grown with bushes slope, then enters the woods and starts climbing steeply for about one mile to the junction. The right fork leads to Guye Peak and Cave Ridge, main trail continues to the left. In about 0.3 mile the trail crosses a creek near a pretty waterfall. This is your last chance for water. In about 0.2 mile the trail enters an open slope and climbs in switchbacks for another mile to the summit. There is still some snow near the summit. A breathtaking view opens from here: Mt. Rainier , Glacier Peak, Mt. Baker, Silver Peak, Chair Peak, Snow Lake , Kaleetan Peak, Mt. Roosevelt.
